Argentine Tango The Art of Improvisation
Argentine Tango is a language. We must understand the grammar and vocabulary of this language in order to improvise the dance allowing for creative expression of the music while navigating the dance floor. Figures provide us with sample "sentences" of the language and demonstrate to us how the grammar and vocabulary are applied. By developing a dance which is based on this grammar and vocabulary communication between the couple becomes creative, musical and ultimately takes on the true essence of Argentine Tango. These concepts will open your eyes and delight you will new found creativity!
