SHIPPING POLICIES

COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE 

We apologize for any inconvenience in regards to shipping delays at this time. If your order has shipped, please understand that the tracking information might not update right away. Items may take up to 2 weeks longer than normal to deliver. Once your package is picked up by the carrier, updates regarding the delivery status of your parcel are out of our control.

Policies for Manuals, Charts & Vintage DVD's

Shipping prices vary depending on the merchandise and the region to which they are shipped. FedEx cannot ship to any PO Boxes or FPO/APO. We use U.S. Mail or Priority Mail to PO Boxes or FPO/APO. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Puerto Rico will be sent by Priority or U.S. Mail - FedEx is available at an additional charge.

Shoe Policy

Not all stock items are always available for immediate delivery.  If the item is not in stock we will email you with an update of the stock status of the item(s).

Our shipping rates and times are determined by the destination the parcel is being delivered to. All items are shipped without a ‘Signature Required’ unless otherwise requested. If you would like to ask for a ‘Signature’ please contact us at sales@dancevision.comDance Vision will not be held responsible for items lost when a signature is not required. 

Signature required will incur additional fees. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address listed on the order. We are unable to redirect the parcel once it is in route to you.

DOMESTIC

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. If placed after 2pm PST on Saturday, the order will be shipped on the following Monday. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Including Canada):

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, import duties and taxes on your international order. We have no control over anything related to the changes or delays due to customs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your package being held in customs please contact your local customs office.
