Policies for Manuals, Charts & Vintage DVD's
Please order with care. We are unable to accept returns or make exchanges on any merchandise except:
- If an item is received in a damaged condition.
- If there is an error in an order on our part (Items must be returned within fourteen days of delivery for replacement as ordered).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES for Dance America Shoes Only.
Thank you for shopping with Dance Vision. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items. Please email us at sales@dancevision.com with your concerns. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds are for merchandise only.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned within the 21 day time period, unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any soiled soles, scratches, marks, blemishes, stretching, exhibiting any sign of use or indication of wear or damage to the shoe box, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE. Shoes that are not received in the original packing will be subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Include the printable return form along with your merchandise in a securely sealed package that has all original shipping labels covered/removed. You will receive a form once we receive an email from you.
- Secure the return address on the outside of the package with the following address:

- Return your package via an insured/traceable method. (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Registered Mail).
Dance Vision is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s) once it arrives and we inspect it. The email will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.
Any unaccepted return(s)/ exchange item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All returns arriving without the official downloadable return form and instructions will have no action taken. Please allow 30 days for us to process your request.
Dance Vision cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we are no longer responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
